Yesterday when I was taking my usual walk on the treadmill and watching TV I happened to see a movie and during one of the scenes there was a man with a very athletic and sexy body. I know there seems nothing abnormal so far as we can see that every where now in movies, magazines, the Internet and even videogames, but somehow this scene triggered something inside me while I was staring at my dangling jelly belly.

Unfortunately such a trigger will fade soon because it is human nature to forget, so how could I keep this feeling up? That is when an idea hit me, but Is it going to work?

Don’t be surprised. This picture is the idea, I know it will sound crazy but at least if it didn’t work it won’t harm either. I suppose most of you know that seeing is believing, right? That is the concept behind this picture. What I really did is that I had a print of this picture and stuck it on my room’s door so that I could see it all the time and grow a strong will for healthy food only because know I have a really soft spot for chocolate and junk food, and so far I wasn’t able to do a thing about it, but who knows, maybe this is going to work after all :D
